By accessing and using ForRealFunding (the “Platform”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the terms below, please do not use this service.

ForRealFunding is a proprietary trading firm that provides:

• Simulated trading environments and demo accounts
• Educational trading programs and evaluations
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Access to trading platforms and tools

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a resident of jurisdictions subject to FATF or EU/UN sanctions
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

Participation in ForRealFunding programs is voluntary and subject to:

• Payment of applicable program fees before access is granted
• Compliance with all program rules and guidelines
• Meeting specified performance criteria and objectives
• Adherence to risk management parameters

Payment Settlement by Odeonpay ALE S.R.L (“Paysagi”)

Payments are settled via Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. (“Paysagi”), acting solely as Merchant of Record for transaction settlement purposes. Paysagi is not the supplier of the goods or services. Payment settlement is subject to Paysagi's Terms of Use, available at paysagi.com/terms-of-use, which are presented to customers during the payment process.

All participants must adhere to:

• Maximum daily loss limits
• Maximum total drawdown limits
• Prohibited trading strategies (news trading, hedging, etc.)
• Minimum trading days requirements

Full rules are published at forrealfunding.com — Evaluations. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform are owned by ForRealFunding and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the trading system
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Use automated trading software without authorisation
• Engage in any form of market manipulation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or scrape Platform content

Past performance results shown on the Platform are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future performance. All trading involves risk. Program participation in simulated environments does not eliminate the risk of loss of evaluation access or program eligibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForRealFunding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

ForRealFunding reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
