Most prop firms promise fast payouts. ForRealFunding publishes a deadline with a penalty attached: if an approved payout on a standard funded account isn't processed inside the window, you get $1,500 plus your challenge fee back.

The cost lands on us, not you
If we're late, the $1,500 and the fee refund come out of ForRealFunding's pocket. That's the point — a guarantee with no consequence attached isn't a guarantee.

Every approved payout on a standard funded account is processed within 24 working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). If ForRealFunding fails to process an approved payout inside that window, the trader is entitled to $1,500 in compensation plus a full refund of their challenge fee.
Does the guarantee mean every payout request gets paid?
No, and any firm telling you otherwise is overselling. The guarantee covers processing speed after a payout is approved — it does not override eligibility rules, the payout cycle, or a compliance review. If an account has an unresolved rule violation, the request isn't approved and the guarantee doesn't apply.
When does the 24-working-hour clock start?
The timer starts only after all three are true: your reward request is approved, all eligibility checks are complete, and no rule violation or review is pending. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM — an approval late on a Friday is measured against the next working day, not the weekend.
Which accounts are excluded from the guarantee?

What do I do if my approved payout is late?
Email support@forrealfunding.com with your account details and the approval timestamp. If the payout was approved on a standard funded account and processing exceeded the published window, the compensation and challenge-fee refund apply.
How often can I request a payout in the first place?
The guarantee is about speed, not frequency. ForRealFunding's standard cycle is a first reward 30 days after your first funded trade, the second 21 days later, then every 14 days — with an optional bi-weekly-from-the-start add-on selected at checkout. Full details are in the FAQs.
